CSL and CNRFID attended the 8th edition of the international conference Computers, Privacy and Data Protection 2015 held in Brussels from 21 to 23 January (http://www.cpdpconferences.org/). This edition received over a 1000 registrations and the 3 day conference offered participants 70 panels and, workshops and special sessions with 415 speakers from academia, public and private sectors and civil society.
Claude Tételin first presented the new EN16571 European standard devoted to the PIA process for RFID applications. Paul Chartier then presented the software developed in partnership between CSL and CNRFID. He explained how this software can help RFID operators in easily undertaking a PIA compliant with European Recommendation and new standard. The slides of the presentations can be downloaded here.
